Ticker Room collects nothing. There is no account system, no sign-in, no analytics SDK, no advertising identifier, no crash reporting service and no tracking of any kind. The app makes no network requests, so no data about you or your device is ever transmitted anywhere.

Everything the app stores — your campaign, your analyst name, your optional badge photo — stays inside the app's own container on your device and is deleted with the app.

WHAT THE APP STORES ON YOUR DEVICE

All of the following is local. None of it is transmitted, shared, sold, or backed up to any server operated by the developer.

WHAT THE APP DOES NOT DO

No accounts, logins, email capture or user profiles.
No analytics, telemetry, session recording or usage statistics.
No advertising, ad networks, IDFA or advertising identifier access.
No third-party SDKs, no crash reporting service, no attribution service.
No cookies, web views, or embedded browsers that could track you.
No location access, contacts access, microphone access or health data access.
No network requests at all — the simulation is entirely offline.
No in-app purchases, subscriptions, payments or wagering, and therefore no payment data.
No sale or sharing of personal information, as those terms are used in the CCPA/CPRA.

A badge photo is resized on device and written into the save file. It is never uploaded, never analysed, and can be removed at any time from Desk → Settings. Notifications are local notifications scheduled by the app on your own device: no push service is involved and no device token is created or transmitted.

APPLE AND YOUR DEVICE

The developer receives no personal data from Apple. Apple may collect its own information when you download the app or, if you choose, when you send crash diagnostics through iOS — that processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not this one. Any anonymised crash statistics visible in App Store Connect are aggregated by Apple and cannot identify you.

If iCloud Backup or encrypted device backup is enabled on your device, your save file may be included in that backup like any other app data. That backup is under your control and Apple's, and the developer has no access to it.

CHILDREN

Ticker Room is a fictional simulation with no real money, no chat, no user-generated content shared with anyone, and no data collection. Because nothing is collected from anyone, no personal information is knowingly collected from children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction), and the app complies with COPPA by design.

YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW TO EXERCISE THEM

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA give you rights to access, correct, delete, port and object to the processing of your personal data. The developer holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing to disclose, correct or export on request — and deletion is entirely in your hands:

Delete a campaign: Desk → Settings → Start a new campaign, which overwrites the save.
Remove the badge photo: Desk → Settings, at any time.
Delete everything: delete the app. The save file, the badge photo and every scheduled notification are removed immediately and permanently.

You may still write to [email protected] with any privacy question or complaint, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Every company, ticker, index, price, headline and person in Ticker Room is invented. No real security is quoted or referenced. Nothing in the app is investment advice, a recommendation, or a forecast about any real market, and no real money is ever at stake.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, the policy is updated here and the effective date at the top changes with it. Because the app makes no network requests, there is no mechanism for silently adding data collection to a version you already have installed: any such change would ship as an app update with a revised policy.
